Achieve Your Dream And Purpose in Life.

Believe that you can do it
Self-belief is paramount to every success. You need to first believe in yourself to get somewhere. If you don’t have self-confidence , who is going to believe in you? If you have often experience low self-belief,
look back at the times when you achieved something, regardless of how big or small it was. From there, build up your confidence and leverage it as you pursue your goals. As you begin to see results, your confidence will increase over time, which will create an upward spiraling effect.

         Build Concrete Strategy &
Every goal needs a proper strategy and plan for it to come to life. Setting a goal and not following through with proper planning is like
getting into your car to drive to your
destination without knowing how to get there or even having a driving license. Many people fail in their goals because they fail to follow-
through with planning. The bigger your goals, the more important that you invest proper time in building your plan.

           Learn From The Best.
Hook up with people who are the best in the field and learn from them. They have the best practices, insights and tips which will be
extremely valuable in your pursuit of
excellence. Rather than trying to learn everything from scratch, it’s easier to leverage on the learning's from others and build on from there. This will jumpstart your learning curve by a huge degree.

           Do Not Limit Yourself
Don’t be afraid to try every single thing that might take you to your goal. In fact, be more concerned about the potential opportunities
you might be missing out on when you don’t try something. Opening yourself up to possibilities will enable you to pick up on
things which might be fundamental to your success.

Let me tell you a short story aboit Sylvester Stallone’s Grass-To-Fame story of how he overcame overwhelming odds in his life to be the international movie star and wealthy we know him to be today. When he was a baby, he was born with a half-paralyzed face due to birth complications, which led to a slurred speech. This was the key reason why he was rejected thousands of times by casting agents. Because he never gave up, he finally got his big break as the star of Rocky one day – and this only came after years and years of relentlessly trying. Work on embodying these success  principles in you and start seeing yourself soar to excellence.

25 Inspiring Quotes to Keep You Moving Toward Your Dream.

Starting a new business is tough. According to the Small Business Administration, about 65 percent of all businesses fail within 10 years
after they are launched. There are the challenges of time, leadership, and having enough financial resources to survive long enough to make a profit.

When times get tough, take heart in the fact that you are at least giving your dream a try. The best part is you are working, and hopefully
making money, for yourself, not someone else. Here are 25 quotes from a handful of inspiring and thought-provoking people that just may help you get over your new-business blues and onto the important stuff, realizing your dream.

1. "Get mocked at for as much as you can, fail as much as you can, but don't quit. Let every mockery, every failure, be a source of inspiration for you to reach for greatness, and
that greatness will silence your critics." Ajaero Tony Martins

2. "Never be ashamed! There's some who will hold it against you, but they are not worth bothering with." --J.K. Rowling

3. "Experience taught me a few things. One is to listen to your gut no matter how good something sounds on paper. The second is that you are generally better off sticking with
what you know. And the third is that
sometimes, your best investments are the ones you don't make." --Donald Trump

4. "Like success, failure is many things to many people. With positive mental attitude, failure is a learning experience, a rung on the ladder, and a plateau at which to get your
thoughts in order to prepare to try again." --W. Clement Stone

5. "Press on. Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent." --Ray Kroc

6. "When you reach an obstacle, turn it into an opportunity. You have the choice. You can overcome and be a winner, or you can allow it to overcome you and be a loser. The choice is yours and yours alone. Refuse to throw in the towel. Go that extra mile that failures refuse to
travel. It is far better to be exhausted from success than to be rested from failure." --Mary Kay Ash

7. "Be undeniably good. No marketing effort or social media buzzword can be a substitute for
that." --Anthony Volodkin

8. "Optimism is the faith that leads to achievement. Nothing can be done without hope and confidence." --Helen Keller

9. "Chase the vision, not the money. The money will end up following you." --Tony Hsieh

10. "Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what
you do." --Steve Jobs

11. "Embrace what you don't know, especially in the beginning, because what you don't know can become your greatest asset. It ensures
that you will absolutely be doing things different from everybody else." --Sara Blakely

12. "Don't try to be original, just try to be good." --Paul Rand

13. "The only thing worse than starting something and failing ... is not starting something." --Seth Godin

run me." --Arianna Huffington

17. "Small business isn't for the faint of heart. It's for the brave, the patient, and the persistent. It's for the overcomer." --Unknown

18. "I can't imagine a person becoming a success who doesn't give this game of life everything he's got." --Walter Cronkite

19. "Statistics suggest that when customers complain, business owners and managers ought to get excited about it. The complaining
customer represents a huge opportunity for more business." --Zig Ziglar

--Venus Williams

21. "The critical ingredient is getting off your butt and doing something. It's as simple as that. A lot of people have ideas, but there are few who decide to do something about them

How to Discover Your Life Purpose.

How do you discover your real purpose in life? I’m not talking about your job, your daily responsibilities, or even your long-term goals. I mean the real reason why you exist.

Perhaps you’re a rather nihilistic person who doesn’t believe you have a purpose and that life has no meaning. Doesn’t matter. Not
believing that you have a purpose won’t prevent you from discovering it, just as a lack of belief in gravity won’t prevent you from tripping. All that a lack of belief will do is make it take longer. Most likely though if you don’t believe you have a purpose, then you probably won’t believe what I’m saying anyway.

Here’s a story about Bruce Lee which sets the stage for this little exercise. A master martial artist asked Bruce to teach him everything Bruce knew about martial arts.
Bruce held up two cups, both filled with water. “The first cup,” said Bruce, “represents all of your knowledge about martial arts. The
second cup represents all of my knowledge about martial arts. If you want to fill your cup with my knowledge, you must first empty
your cup of your knowledge.”

If you want to discover your true purpose in life, you must first empty your mind of all the false purposes you’ve been taught (including
the idea that you may have no purpose at all).

So how do you discover your purpose in life? While there are many ways to do this, some of them fairly involved, here is one of the simplest that anyone can do. The more open
you are to this process, and the more you expect it to work, the faster it will work for you. But not being open to it or having doubts about it or thinking it’s an entirely
idiotic and meaningless waste of time won’t prevent it from working as long as you stick with it again, it will just take longer to converge.

Here’s what to do:

1) Take out a blank sheet of paper or open up a word processor where you can type (I prefer the latter because it’s faster).

2) Write at the top, “What is my true
purpose in life?”

3) Write an answer (any answer) that pops into your head.

It doesn’t have to be a complete sentence. A short phrase is fine.
Repeat step 3 until you write the
answer that makes you cry or with deep feeling. This is your purpose.

That’s it. It doesn’t matter if you’re a
counselor or an engineer or a bodybuilder. To some people this exercise will make perfect sense. To others it will seem utterly stupid.

Usually it takes 15-20 minutes to clear your head of all the clutter and the social conditioning about what you think your purpose in life is. The false answers will come from your mind and your memories.

But the truth of the matter is when the true answer finally arrives, it will feel like it’s coming to you from a
different source entirely. For those who are very entrenched in low-
awareness living, it will take a lot longer to get all the false answers out, possibly more than an a day.

But if you persist, after 100 or
200 or maybe even 500 answers, you’ll be struck by the answer that causes you to surge with emotion, the answer that breaks you. If you’ve never done this, it may very well sound silly to you. So let it seem silly, and do it anyway.

As you go through this process, some of your answers will be very similar. You may even re-list previous answers. Then you might
head off on a new tangent and generate 10-20 more answers along some other theme. And that’s fine. You can list whatever answer pops into your head as long as you
just keep writing. At some point during the process (typically
after about 50-100 answers), you may want to quit and just can’t see it converging. You may feel the urge to get up and make an excuse to do something else. That’s normal.

Push past this resistance, and just keep writing. The feeling of resistance will eventually pass.
You may also discover a few answers that seem to give you a mini-surge of emotion, but they don’t quite make you cry — they’re
just a bit off. Highlight those answers as you go along, so you can come back to them to generate new permutations. Each reflects a piece of your purpose, but individually they
aren’t complete. When you start getting these kinds of answers, it just means you’re getting warm. Keep going. It’s important to do this alone and with no interruptions.

If you’re a nihilist, then feel free
to start with the answer, “I don’t have a purpose,” or “Life is meaningless,” and take it from there. If you keep at it, you’ll still eventually converge. When I did this exercise, it took me three days, and I reached my final answer at step 106.

I felt the feeling of resistance (wanting to get up and do something else, expecting the process to fail, feeling very impatient and even irritated) around steps 45-50. At step 80 I took a 20- minute break to close my eyes, relax, clear my mind, and to focus on the intention for
the answer to come to me — this was helpful as the answers I received after this break
began to have greater clarity.

Here was my final answer: to live consciously and courageously, to resonate with love and
compassion, to awaken the great spirits within others, and to leave this world in peace.
When you find your own unique answer to the question of why you’re here, you will feel it resonate with you deeply. The words will
seem to have a special energy to you, and you will feel that energy whenever you read them.

Discovering your purpose is the easy part. The hard part is keeping it with you on a daily basis and working on yourself to the point where you become that purpose.

Taking ACTION At The Right Time Is Success

The broken idea that things must be "just right" before getting started has derailed many a would be success story.

I see it all the time in the work I do as a life change strategist, and author on the topic reaching your zenith. Friend, the reality is that what holds most people back is their inability to begin, knowing that great things happen when we get started.

As I stated in my book, Reaching your ZENITH, "life has an incredible way of filling in the details for the person who leads with action."

Think back to a time where you went ahead and pursued a goal, or undertaking in spite of not having it all planned out from beginning to end first. Remember how the things that needed to be done, and next steps in that journey showed up at what may have appeared to be "just the right time." Of course it wasn't "perfect timing" instead those next actions revealed themselves because you were in the given activity.

We all experience procrastination at different points. Getting stuck in inaction doesn't mean you're weak, or incapable of making your desires a reality. It means you're human. Staying stuck in that inactivity is the problem. Therefore, it's important to understand that the trick to getting "unstuck" is to do the very thing you're putting off, as quick as humanly possible. Yes, it sounds overly simple.

Speaker and author Brian Tracy has a mantra, i love and i do say it to build up myself, if you'll adopt it can help quite a bit to develop your mindset to one of "action oriented." He says, whenever something needs to be done, repeat to yourself, "do it now, do it now, do it now." Literally repeat that simple line of words until you in fact, "do it now." In a short period of time you'll develop the habit of just doing what needs to be done, rather than procrastinating on it, which we know just picks up steam and makes whatever it is you're putting off, worse.

Notice that I'm not suggesting that planning is bad. Of course it's not, what I'm saying is, you have to understand that there's a mighty fine line between planning, and getting stuck in your planning, to the point where you never actually launch your idea or great endeavor.

When I first started the business I am in now, I had no idea that it would get to a point where I would have my own books & products out, or that I would be speaking to groups and organizations. When I began, I had an idea to share self improvement resources, the same things that had made a positive impact in my own life. That's still very much what I do now, but we just do it with a lot of different moving pieces in the business.

The key point to remember is that I got started, and through action, movement, different opportunities appeared. I met people, and learned new skills, which opened new doors, which in-turn allowed things to progress to the point where they are now. The same is true for you.

Friend, whatever path you want to take, you have it in you to get started. If I had one additional bit of advice, I would say, keep in mind that the act of just beginning the journey makes you a success in itself. Certainly attaining whatever "end result" you plan for yourself can be incredibly fulfilling, but don't discount the very fact that the pursuit also puts you in the rare company of those who go beyond wishing, and hoping, and enter the ranks of doers.

Make no mistake --perfect timing is a myth. Your willingness to get started, learn along the way, persevere towards your dream if you must, makes all the difference as to your ultimate outcome.

Always remember that success can be achieved only with action. You will succeed.

Reaching you ZENITH.

Dont Bury Your Talent,Use It To Achieve Success.

Let me use a reference in the bible story called "Parable of the Talents'. In this story three servants are given 'talents' each (a monetary denomination used by the Greeks). To the first, the master gave 5 talents, to the
second he gave 2 and to the third he gave 1 talent.

The master gave each a different uamount of money (talents), according to their ability. Two of the servants doubled their money and
the master was pleased with their results. The third servant, fearful of losing it, buried his
money where no one benefited from it, including himself.
When the master summoned the third servant to get an accounting of what he had done with his talent, he was angry and displeased to find
out the servant had simply buried it and where the money had no opportunity to earn interest and be useful.

The servant tried to explain to the master that he knew how 'exacting' the master was and he did not want to lose His money. The master didn't buy it. He ordered that the one talent be given to the first servant who was able to
convert 5 talents into 10 since he doesn't know how to use his talent,  (Reference Matt
25:14 and Luke 19:12).

Although I believe the story or parable was strictly about economics and frugality, it can be extended to include, not only money, but true talents (i.e., ability). In my new book, "Reaching Your Zenith" , is the premise that unless you find out what it is you were meant to do, true happiness will elude you. Finding out what it is you truly want takes time, patience ,focus and perseverance.

Now, I want go beyond the obvious of telling you about your hidden talents (you already know you have one, two or more). I want to
address the 'How' talents were (and are) buried within us.

As children, we all loved to discover new things. We even did things when others advised us not to do (e.g., touching the stove when Mom said it was hot). We wanted to learn, we wanted to discover for ourselves the world around us. Failure and pain were not yet transformed into anxieties.

As we got older, we were expected to act a little more responsible and accountable for our actions. Like in any soap opera drama, this is
the scene in your life where 'society' steps in and starts benevolently imposing its norms on your behavior. You are now expected to:

a) conform
b) be more realistic
c) put away childish things, and the most brutal of all norms,
d) STOP thinking about yourself first.

So, what do we do? Exactly! We abide by each one.
We start to conform by dressing like everyone else, and doing all the things "normal" people are expected to do. We even adopt their
mannerisms, language and way of thinking. We then stop dreaming and imagining ourselves doing wonderful things because we're told we
should be more realistic. So what happens?

We no longer create alternative visions of how our
life could be and settle (i.e., compromise) for what's given; the mundane, the routine.
We then put away our childish ways because we need to be more mature and responsible.
No more having fun like balloon fights, dancing
when no one's around, throwing food in the air to catch with our mouth (i did this a lot when i was a kid with a seed of groundnut, lol), seeing how many times you can burp on one sip of Coca-Cola etc. You get the idea.

Then the final act is committed. And as we grow older we commit a form of individual suicide of the mind. This is when we begin thinking of others, and forgetting ours. We begin
sacrificing our desires for what others (e.g., society) needs before our own. And every time we have the audacity to think of ourselves, we immediately castigate ourselves by reminding
our inner world that we can't be selfish.

The long term result? You get a job, you stay at and as you get older you wake up one day to the reality most people experience at one time or another, "Hey, I'm not happy with my life." You've done everything society has told you to do, but, you're still not happy. You have a great
family, you have a decent job, the kids are doing well, and you're participating in all kinds of community events.

Here's something scarier. You're unhappy but you don't know why or what it is you want to do with your life! You don't seem to have a 'real' talent and life doesn't seem to have meaning or purpose. Sound familiar? Most people (i.e., society...again) label this a mid-life crisis. Not me! I'd like to label it: The Awakening.
The quintessential moment in your life is when you wake up, rub the conformist eye gunk away and realize that your life is running out of time. And here's why you can't find your talent. Over the years with every compromise and
acquiescence of self, you were slowly burying your talents deeper and deeper. You now have the problem of having to unearth your talents after so many years of heaping selfless dirt on those childhood dreams.

Start now by giving yourself some time, a few moments in a day to remember, to think back on those things that gave you great joy and
pleasure. Think about what you'd like to do and would make you happy. Break the bonds of conformity and to hell with being realistic for
the moment. What is it that you'd like to do? Now don't get me wrong here. I'm not
advocating a nihilistic view of life where you revolt and jeopardize all you've built. Far from it.

What I am advocating is that you remove the subjective barriers, limitations and begin to think about your possibilities, your wishes and
desires. Then, formulate a blueprint which you can implement over time to help you excavate that ONE talent that lays buried within you.

If you were the servant in the parable and the master were to appear before you, would you be like the third servant who did nothing with the talent given? The greatest human tragedy is the death of potential, your gift, your talent,
without you ever being aware of it.

Find your talent, and start digging today. Here's a tip:

Start with fond memories and recall those times when you really enjoyed yourself doing an activity. That's where X marks the spot. Ready? Get set! Start digging!

15. Practical Steps for Understanding the Mind.

Meditation has helped me to form all my other habits, it’s helped me to become more peaceful, more focused, less worried about discomfort, more appreciative and attentive to everything in my life. I’m not far from perfect, but it has helped me come a long way.

Probably most importantly, it has helped me understand my own mind. Before I started meditating, I never thought about what was going on inside my head — it would just happen, and I would follow its commands like an automaton. These days, all of that still happens, but more and more, I am aware of what’s going on. I can make a choice about whether to follow the commands. I understand myself better and that has given me increased flexibility and freedom.

I am recommending this habit. And while I’m not saying it’s easy, you can start small and get better and better as you practice. Don’t expect to be good at first — that’s why it’s called “practice”!

These tips aren’t aimed at helping you to become an expert … they should help you get started and keep going. You don’t have to implement them all at once — try a few, come back to this article, try one or two more.

1. Sit for just five minutes. This will seem ridiculously easy, to just meditate for five minutes. That’s perfect. Start with just five minutes a day for a week. If that goes well, increase by another two minutes and do that for a week. If all goes well, by increasing just a little at a time, you’ll be meditating for 10 minutes a day in the 2nd month, which is amazing! But start small first.

2. Do it first thing each morning. It’s easy to say, “I’ll meditate every day,” but then forget to do it. Instead, set a reminder for every morning when you get up, and put a note that says “meditate” somewhere where you’ll see it. At your bed shelve, table or fridge.

 3. Don’t get caught up in the how — just do. Most people worry about where to sit, how to sit, what cushion to use … this is all nice, but it’s not that important to get started. Start just by sitting on a chair, or on your couch. Or on your bed. If you’re comfortable on the ground, sit cross-legged. It’s just for five minutes at first anyway, so just sit. Later you can worry about optimizing it so you’ll be comfortable for longer, but in the beginning it doesn’t matter much, just sit somewhere quiet and comfortable.

4. Check in with how you’re feeling. As you first settle into your meditation session, simply check to see how you’re feeling. How does your body feel? What is the quality of your mind? Busy? Tired? Anxious? See whatever you’re bringing to this meditation session as completely OK.

 5. Count your breaths. Now that you’re settled in, turn your attention to your breath. Just place the attention on your breath as it comes in, and follow it through your nose all the way down to your lungs. Try counting “one” as you take in the first breath, then “two” as you breathe out. Repeat this to the count of 10, then start again at one.

 6. Come back when you wander. Your mind will wander. This is an almost absolute certainty. There’s no problem with that. When you notice your mind wandering, smile, and simply gently return to your breath. Count “one” again, and start over. You might feel a little frustration, but it’s perfectly OK to not stay focused, we all do it. This is the practice, and you won’t be good at it for a little while.

7. Develop a loving attitude. When you notice thoughts and feelings arising during meditation, as they will, look at them with a friendly attitude. See them as friends, not intruders or enemies. They are a part of you, though not all of you. Be friendly and not harsh.

8. Don’t worry too much that you’re doing it wrong. You will worry you’re doing it wrong. That’s OK, we all do. You’re not doing it wrong. There’s no perfect way to do it, just be happy you’re doing it.

9. Don’t worry about clearing the mind. Lots of people think meditation is about clearing your mind, or stopping all thoughts. It’s not. This can sometimes happen, but it’s not the “goal” of meditation. If you have thoughts, that’s normal. We all do. Our brains are thought factories, and we can’t just shut them down. Instead, just try to practice focusing your attention, and practice some more when your mind wanders.

10. Stay with whatever arises. When thoughts or feelings arise, and they will, you might try staying with them awhile. Yes, I know I said to return to the breath, but after you practice that for a week, you might also try staying with a thought or feeling that arises. We tend to want to avoid feelings like frustration, anger, anxiety … but an amazingly useful meditation practice is to stay with the feeling for awhile. Just stay, and be curious.

11. Get to know yourself. This practice isn’t just about focusing your attention, it’s about learning how your mind works. What’s going on inside there? It’s murky, but by watching your mind wander, get frustrated, avoid difficult feelings … you can start to understand yourself.

12. Become friends with yourself. As you get to know yourself, do it with a friendly attitude instead of one of criticism. You’re getting to know a friend. Smile and give yourself love.

13. Really commit yourself. Don’t just say, “Sure, I’ll try this for a couple days.” Really commit yourself to this. In your mind, be locked in, for at least a month.

14. You can do it anywhere. If you’re traveling or something comes up in the morning, you can do meditation in your office. In the park. During your commute. As you walk somewhere. Sitting meditation is the best place to start, but in truth, you’re practicing for this kind of mindfulness in your entire life.

15. Smile when you’re done. When you’re finished with your five minutes, smile. Be grateful that you had this time to yourself, that you stuck with your commitment, that you showed yourself that you’re trustworthy, where you took the time to get to know yourself and make friends with yourself. That’s an amazing two minutes of your life.

Meditation isn’t always easy or even peaceful. But it has truly amazing benefits, and you can start today, and continue for the rest of your life.

Simple Method's You Can Use To Banish Procrastination And Achieve Success.

Of a truth i have been there before: that time i had a big deadline coming up, or something important
that is needed to be done. And instead of figuring out what to do, it became easier to just put things aside and surf the net. Sound familiar?

Procrastination is a common way of dealing with stress. Studies have shown that procrastinators tend to see things for the short-term by choosing temporary relief rather than considering the long-term impact of their actions.

Lot's of my clients have been asking this question,is there a way to overcome procrastination?

Everyone, even successful people and top performers, have days when they don’t want to do anything,it is natural most of the time. The difference is that top performers
find specific strategies to get themselves moving and accomplish things. If you find yourself putting work off until “later” and if this occurs frequently? , there are techniques you can use to motivate
yourself. It’s not simply about being born a productive person. I know this, because I’ve worked with numerous individuals who used to
believe they were just naturally lazy!  But with a few tweaks in mindset and approach, it is definitely possible to become someone who is
proactive about pursuing important goals.

These 3 simple ways for getting rid of procrastination will give you that
initial boost of energy that you need
to get started:

1. Promise yourself a reward after doing some work. I like to treat myself to a reward, such as treating myself to a bottle of wine, buying shoes, shirts, nice watch etc anything that can make me happy even i do go out to cinema and watch the
latest movie of my favorite – but only after I’ve done a certain amount of work. For example, if I haven’t started doing any work, I tell myself to get a portion of the work done before I can relax. I repeat this process until the work gets done, if
needed. So if you haven’t started on something, try giving yourself something pleasant to look forward to afterward as a source of motivation . There’s also another benefit to this method. Sometimes, I find that once I get started on work,
it’s easy to keep going. As a result, I can easily forgo my break and keep working for longer than I initially expected,do you know why?. Just because i have promised myself something to boost and motivate my strength.

2. Break the task down into smaller chunks. When we have a big task in front of us, it’s easy to become overwhelmed by everything and just
put things aside. Large tasks can actually be de-motivating, because it feels unrealistic to get things done.
As a result, we often don’t bother getting started on something we want to do. We fear failure. Or,
we figure that if we can’t finish what we start, so why bother in the first place? Instead of having a number of large tasks to do or one big task, just set one small task for now. You can begin with creating a concrete goal just for the day.
If you’re really feeling overwhelmed, you can break up the task even further. I like to create “mini-goals” that are very simple. For example, if
I write an article, I might just set up a small goal such as jotting down a few bullet points or if i am writing a book,i set a goal of completing a chapter in 10 days. Even though the task is small, it helps to make
each component of the larger task much more manageable. It also breaks the resistance that we often feel when trying to start on something.

3. Give yourself a mental warm up first. Have you ever woken up and thought to yourself,
“TODAY is the day I get started on _______” (i.e. being healthy, changing to a different career, Starting that project etc.)? And once you sat down at your desk, you proceeded to surf the net for the next 45 minutes?
Let’s admit it. It can be difficult to go from waking up in the morning to getting yourself working right away. Our brains are still in resting mode and it can take a while to get used to doing something productive.
This is why I recommend doing a mental warm up exercise beforehand.
Let’s think of it this way:
you wouldn’t do intense exercise without stretching first, so wouldn’t it make sense that you should get your brain active before working?
I like to start off my day by doing the following, 10 minute jugging, press-up and some other little exercise just withing my compound or sometimes in my sitting room, also some reading and i recommend these to everybody (Mind you dont waste your time on the latest
gossip news!). Instead, I suggest reading an interesting book that gets your brain going, whether it’s on self-development, a biography, Leadership books, or Bible.

You could warm up mentally by jotting down creative, innovative ideas on a notepad. Doing
crossword or Sudoku puzzles are also small, but fun and effective ways to start off your day.
Successful people find techniques to get themselves in the right frame of mind, rather than dreaming of “someday” that they’ll get the work
done. You too can be successful, in whichever way you define success. It means thinking of yourself as a productive person and re-thinking
how to approach your work and goals.

Which one of these methods do you
find most effective? Please leave your thoughts in the comment section below!

2016 Marketing Strategies For Business Success

Things to do every day.
Turn computer on and take care of day-to-day business. Check to make sure your Internet access still works and all computer related equipment is operating fine.
Perform any financial tasks that are checking of major stats. Learn a little each day in your niches and in the Internet marketing scene, since you market online and this business changes not every day but every hour.

Check in-coming email
Delete junk mail immediately.
Log all site issues, stats, orders & other items as needed. Keep only the emails that need replies. Then
quickly reply to each one or make a note to reply later when time allows.
Miscellaneous - Do not let this pile up! Make a 'Misc.' file, if necessary, and purge all your monthly emails into it as a backup.

Plan a Success story
Market, market, market! This is a must for your business to survive. So spend time on this. There is no short cut for success and there is
nothing called instant money. You have to work hard according to the marketing strategies you have built or learn from the success story of
the successful online marketer whom you think has worked hard for his success with his marketing strategies and marketing ideas.

What Not to Do With Your Website design? There are numerous mistakes you can make when first setting up a website especially if it's
a free website with free hosting, free domain, free template. All too often, they're easy to overlook, but any one of these can quickly and immediately lose you both customers and traffic. Most importantly your reputation, which
might make you, lose you confidence in the online business.

Do not use a visitor counter. They can backfire easily, especially if they display low numbers and a visitor decides they do not trust your
product due to a low audience. If you absolutely must have a counter on your website, use an invisible one that visitors cannot see. Better yet,
sign up for a good statistics program. Google offers basic services for free.

Construction Signs
Do not put up construction signs on your website. If you are not ready to share your website with the world, leave it offline. It should be live as soon as you activate it with some
form of content that will entice visitors. Anything less will only create permanent no- visitors.

Keep it Simple
Do not over utilize snazzy looking features. They are distracting and largely a waste of space. You want your visitors to see your products and your message, not your cool
widgets. Not only that, but the heavier technology can slow down sites on older computers and there's nothing less enticing to a visitor than a slow, unresponsive website.
Update Dates and Times Do not leave any old, outdated copyright notices or dates on your page. The first thing anyone looks for on a website is relevance and the best
way to display relevance is through constant updates. If it appears you do not take the time to update and work on your site, then no one will care to look at it.

Keep it Short
Do not get too wordy. People have short attention spans, especially online where they're likely surfing during work or on a short break.
You want to offer short, single topic sentences and paragraphs that they can digest quickly. If you do it right, they'll keep reading. Use bullet
points and headlines as most people merely scan online copy and you want them to at least see the most important parts of you page.

Proper Grammar
The most obnoxious thing anyone can do when writing a website is not take the time to write it properly. Poor grammar, misspelled words and passive verbs are a killer. Using active sentences not only makes you appear more confident in what you are saying, it spices up
your copy. And nothing kills copy quicker than poor grammar.

Sell Your Product
Do not merely show information. Throw out the best details you can muster about your product. What does it do well? Why do your visitors need you or your product more than anyone else's? Be proactive and sell yourself. Finish with a call to action that gives your readers a clear
directive to contact you, purchase something, or return at a later time.

Keep At It
These are all great tips that will help to create a productive, successful website, but you have to keep with it as well. Do not give up or stop as soon as you website is built and no on visits. Be active and attract visitors with fresh content, new articles, and active link building.

Website Tips
Putting Together Good Content
Building a decent website is the key to having an impact on the Internet. It's all about how you present yourself. Before you can hope for
return visitors and customers, you must give them a good reason to return and that means offering a good website with quality content.
There are dozens of good tips to putting a quality website together. It's only a matter of

knowing where to start.
The most important thing you can do though right off the bat is to offer quality content. No matter what the site looks like or how well it
shows up in search engines, you need quality content to offer your visitors.

Choosing a Topic
You should have a topic that you know something about or can easily become well versed in. Do not pick a topic that bores you and you know little about or it will be apparent
to your visitors in your content, which will only bore them and reveal that you know nothing about it. You'll see dozens of websites if you
search quickly on Google that are slapped together overnight and filled with horrible content, optimized for the use of Ad sense. Do not let that happen to your site. Updating
You must have constant updates in your content as well. If you choose a boring topic, you'll be unwilling to constantly update that content, and because search engines are hungry
for new content on a near daily basis to keep you at the top of their listings, you need to be willing to update. The key is to find a good
niche online that very few people have much to say about and that you will be interested in.
this allows for constant updates without duplicating content and a fun, content rich site.

Quality Content
Write quality content. Do not slap together a quick 300 words every day without proofreading and spell checking it. It's important to present
quality along with your informed, interested opinions. This means taking a little bit of time writing it and checking your facts. You want
your site to appear professional and to read naturally, not key word optimized. If you have trouble with writing, you can always consider
hiring a professional.

Finding Content
You do not always have to write your own content either. There are dozens of websites that offer thousands of pre-written articles for free usage with a byline attached. These are
perfect ways to attach interesting new content on a daily basis to your website that will continue to draw visitors and keep you in the search engine ranks. Just remember, while that free content is a great way to get your site started, only original content will help in getting you higher search engine rankings.
It's no surprise that quality content is the key to running a successful website. It's a hand down necessity for nearly any new Webmaster
just getting started. You just need to know where to start.

The Importance of Tag Titles and Descriptions When optimizing your site for search engine statistics, one of the most important things you
used to be able to do is offer a good title tag. Recently, search engines have begun to look beyond this simple headline to determine what
your site is about and index it accordingly, but it can still go a long way toward putting yourself in a good position if you create good
title tags with these simple tips:

Length Google will take only the first 65 characters of any title tag to display. Any more than that and
you are wasting time and space. Be efficient and succinct right off the bat. Of course you want to optimize your title tag as well for the
best results, so you are walking a very fine line here. The difference between optimization and
intelligibility is not quite as thin. The best way to get the results you are looking for might be to simply stuff keywords.

Making Sense
But, stuffing keywords doesn't always make sense either. If you write everything out without
a sense of what your site is actually about save the word "dog collar" repeated four times, you'll get fewer visitors. You're writing this for
multiple audiences - the search engine algorithm as well as your visitors. Find the right balance.

Make this a headline of sorts. You should have every word that is of any importance, or just simply every word capitalized to grab attention.
More or less all copywriting is better and more effective if you use this technique and hey if newspapers have been doing it for centuries,
why not you as well? This is an important step you can take in separating your text from others; however make sure not to capitalize
every letter in your title. It looks juvenile and angry.

Unique Key Words for Every Page
It might be easier to just use a set list of keywords and title tags for each page of your site, but by separating them out and utilizing
numerous styles and phrases throughout your website, you can further enhance your search
results. Otherwise, you'll likely never see any of the sub pages of your website ranking in the search engines. By optimizing every page
individually, you can receive a better chance of each individual page being successful.

Company Names in Tag Titles
Do not do this. It's just a bad idea. All you do by adding your company name to a tag title or headline is waste space in a search engine. The
only way this helps you is if someone searches for your company name directly, in which case they'll likely find your site anyways. You want to use keywords that attract audiences looking
for products like yours. If they are already looking for your product, you probably don't need to optimize.
Optimizing your tag titles is a key step in providing the best and most efficient description
of your website to both the search engines and potential visitors. Doing it correctly is important or you'll likely find that no one visits your site
or those that do, do it for the wrong reason.

Dos and Don'ts of Link Building
Way back when the Internet first evolved, linkbuilding was not nearly as important as it is today. With primitive search engine technology
and limited access to incoming and outgoing links, the only purpose of building links and their popularity was in getting traffic from someone else's sight. As the Internet evolved
though and search engines started ranking sites and links on the quantity and most importantly
quality of incoming and outgoing links, link building's importance surged.

Once upon a time, link building was something a site owner or web master would work on after
all of the tedious work of actually building a site was done. It was an individual prospect. However, today it has become one of the leading industries on the Internet, with millions in cash flow.
So what do the search engines look for that there are so many people making a living off of link building? It's in the algorithms really.
Search engines use complicated algorithms that break down the value and importance of each
link and its authenticity. The more positive, organic links you have to your site, the more endorsements you've wrangled from the web
community, something that search engines absolutely love.

Unfortunately for site owners, this organic link building is a very time consuming, tedious prospect and isn't nearly as efficient as it
needs to be. So there are multiple other methods that people have developed over time to get the links they need. This can be a dangerous proposition though as the last thing
you want is for a search engine to tag you as a malicious link builder. Fooling a search engine is tricky, so keep these in mind when building a
link creation strategy:

Link Buying
Google does not like this. The whole idea of their algorithm is that they are substituting mechanical processes of weeding through
millions of websites for human opinion. Buying that opinion is considered cheating and it's
possible to not get credit for these types of links. This doesn't hurt you in any way other than wasting your time. However, if you offer a
link back to these link-farming sites, you'll likely find yourself in Google's timeout, possibly losing your search engine indexes altogether.

The whole point of search engine algorithms is to pick apart sites as a person would. For that reason, they attempt to decide if your links are
user friendly and placed in easily reached places. Do not separate links to a links only page and keep them near prominent sections of
your site. Do not load everything with keywords either; it needs to appear genuine or you'll lose
your indexing.

To be Successful
You need to run your site as a casual, natural looking site. The search engines get smarter
every day and if you farm or buy links and stuff keywords in them, you'll likely risk losing whatever good you might have had or even
losing your place in the search engines altogether.

Do not fall for the trap of ease over substance and you'll be building great links in no time. (NikHil)

Your Will-power Can Get You What You Want ?

Hello friends, hope your week was good? Mine was okay as i wish myself Gods favor in this new week. Oh, and you too. But wait a moment, have you taken stock of your past event, from January to December 2015 ? Did you get all you wanted? What is left out in your 2015 resolution? Dont ever dwell in the past. Any way, that is for that, so be your own teacher and mark yourself? This week i want to talk about "Will-Power" and how you can use it to get what you want.

When someone has gone through a difficult time in their life, it is often said that it was their will to survive that pushed them through. Part of them was not willing to give in, and this is what allowed them to keep going. Therefore, it could be said that this is a force that is not only vital when it comes to one's ability to survive; it is also a vital part of their ability to thrive. On one hand then, it could be seen as what will allow one to go through bad patch and come out the other side, and on the other hand, it could be seen as what will allow one to achieve what they want to achieve. Lets take a look at each of this point and how they connect in boosting your morale to achieve that which you want.

Focus: Set your mind to that crown. When one is able to use willpower to keep going, no matter what is taking place, it doesn't mean that they won't experience inner conflict. Part of them may want to give in, or to take another route, for instance. However, even though this is the case, it is not going to stop them from doing what they are doing. A clear focus is what you need it's what will keep you on the track.

Emotions: This means that you should not be controlled by emotions, and that your mind is in charge. Don't let emotion of pity draw you back and get you off balance. If this wasn't the case, successful people would always end up being overwhelmed by their emotions and they wouldn't be able to keep going. They may pay attention to how they feel and to use the information that they provide, but that could be as far as it goes. Another way of looking this would be to say that they respond to their emotions like a loving parent would respond to their child.

Regulation: This shows that people of will-power show that they have the ability to regulate their whole system, and this is going to play a big part in their ability to be so resourceful. There will be times when you will need to sooth different parts of yourself, and through doing this; it will be a lot easier for you to maintain your focus. What this comes down to is that for the fact that human beings are made up of many different parts. There is not just their adult self; there is also their child self and their parents that live within them.

A Dialogue: A family can only be happy when each member of the family is heard, and once this takes place, they will be able to settle down. Similarly, if one wants to make sure their inner conflict doesn't sabotage their life; they will need to listen to each part of themselves. The child part is often described as the 'inner child', and this part can have the need to experience instant gratification. Therefore, in order for one to keep going, they will need to delay gratification.

Patience: This is because it is not going to be possible for one to achieve what they want to achieve straightway. During these moments, they will need to tolerate frustration; if they were unable to do this, they wouldn't be able to keep going. When it comes to achieving something significant, one will need to be patient and to stay focused on what matters. This is something that is going to take a lot of inner strength.

Support: This doesn't mean that one will do everything by themselves, as they are likely to be times when they will need the support of others. Human beings are interdependent, and this means they are not their own island meaning you cant know everything because you are not God Almighty . Being around people who are supportive will regulate their system and give them the encouragement they need to keep going. When one reaches out for support, it doesn't mean they are weak; it simply means that they are comfortable enough to reach out for the support that they need.

Time: If one has the ability to keep going, it could be said that it will only be a matter of time before they get what they want. For one thing, they are not sitting back and expecting things to 'just happen'; they are taking life by the horns. Based on this, there should be no reason why one won't get what he or she want. If they don't, then perhaps they just need to keep going, and soon enough, their life will change.

Out of Balance: However, since it is clear that willpower has an important part to play when it comes to one getting what they want; it is not the only part. On one side, one has the ability to do, and on the other side, they have the ability to be. This comes down to the fact that one is a human being and not a human doing, and this means that there are times when one needs to let go and to take their foot of the gas. It is easy to get the impression that one is taking action and working towards their goals, or they are sitting around doing nothing and not moving forward.

Detachment: Yet, just because one is not doing anything, it doesn't mean they are not moving forward, and this comes down to the fact that using force is not the only way for one to achieve something. Also, the more one wants something and the more energy they put into getting it, the harder it can be for them to attain it. The universe will mirror where they are coming from, and this means that while one will need to keep going, they will also need to be able to let go.

Though being able to let go as opposed to being completely focused on what they want, they will allow themselves to work with life and not against it, and this can then allow their life to flow. And even though one is completely focused on attaining something, it doesn't mean that they have taken the time to look into why they want to attain it. As a result of this, it can then cause them go against their true needs, and it can then make it even harder for them to achieve what they want to achieve.

If they are unable to achieve something, they can end up believing that they need to keep going, and while this could be the case, it could be a sign that they need to take a step back and to reflect on what matters to them. This can then allow them to get in touch with their real needs and it can stop them from burning themselves out in the process, and through being in touch with themselves, their life could end up being easier.

Awareness: In this sense, it would be inaccurate to say that willpower is the only thing that one needs to have in order to get what they want. It has a key part to play, but it is also going to be important for one to be able to take a step back. While the masculine approach of taking action has been emphasized in the west, the feminine approach of letting go is often overlooked. Each side is important, and this means that one is going to make their life a lot harder if they can only operate from one side of the spectrum.

Everyone struggles with self-discipline. The question is not "Do I..." but "Where do I need to exercise greater self-discipline?" The discipline you establish today determines the successes you'll enjoy tomorrow. Will-Power is nothing if you don't have discipline as a human-being. I wish you success as you explore the power of 'will-power'.

I want to talk to you about something that inspires me, that drives me, and that has inspired me. And that thing is Excellence. Because in spite of what you’ve heard, Excellence matters.
We need to focus on results, and achieve the breakthroughs that will launch us into the realm of exactitude. But before we take this train down Business River, there are a few more tools we need to pack in our business bag.

First, if you find yourself struggling to lead effectively, remember this acronym, P.A.W: Penetrate, Abbreviate, Wow. Second, don’t add value, multiply value. Or attach an exponent. Math gives us options. Third, we need to move to where
relationships reach, and develop our
progress in ways that don’t just mold us, but behold us. And set fire to our bridges. Do things!

Fourth, rise up in order to be higher, so that together we can fix up those blue noses, and give them a bit of red. You’ve got to grab that baby carriage! Run with it! Because it’s not going to push itself. No, friends, babies need exercise. And calories. They need to be nurtured but they also need to be driven. Because babies cannot drive. I want you to point your finger and thumb like it’s a gun. This will be your Excellence Gun. Point this at whatever it is you want to achieve and state the
following, “I don’t want to hurt you, but I will.

This gun is full of gumption and
steel, and I will fill you with both if I
don’t get results.” Now you can use an Excellence Hand Grenade, or an
Excellence Flame Thrower. The weapon isn’t important, as long as the threat is credible. Remember that business isn’t everything, that is why "All work without play makes Johnbull a dull boy" It’s up to you.

So in conclusion: excellence, business, business bag, results, wow, rise up, babies, spreadsheets, guns, math, options. Business Excellence.

7 Examples Of Effective Landing Page Design Techniques Inspired By The Growth In Mobile Usage.

The technological progress of the 21st century has made online users more choosy and difficult to interest than ever before. If we take a look at
the evolution of the web, it becomes almost impossible to believe that it all began with a simple networking protocol more than 20 years ago.

And nobody was complaining of poor navigation or unappealing visualization back then. Growth in mobile device usage has sparked
many changes to the way we approach landing page design which I'll review in this article. Due to the ongoing improvements of the digital
market, every business tries to find the most effective and eye-catching landing page solution.

All of the companies ask themselves if there are some fresh ideas to win the hearts of prospective customers. If you're creating a website for your
business or just planning to redesign a landing page of the existing one, I hope these new landing page trends will bring you some inspiration.

In this post, I'll take a look at seven landing page design trends which have become more commonplace in 2015.  Here are the example,s:

1. Parallax Scrolling.

Telling a story is one of the most common techniques marketers all over the world use to attract the attention of consumers and create an emotional bonding with them. Parallax scrolling can do just that. It's a computer graphics technique that allows to create a 3D effect by
moving the background of a landing page at a slower rate than its foreground. It gives you an opportunity to show your visitors the details of your company and products step-by-step in an
engaging and exciting manner. This is a really hot trend now, so don't miss your chance to use it to your advantage.

2. Appealing to Several Types of Your Target Audience. As a rule, your target audience can be divided into several groups with their own needs and desires. It is very appealing and flattering to the visitors of your site when you differentiate the needs of each of these groups. This approach
makes it much easier for them to find the necessary information and use your site more effectively.
Segmenting target audience
All you have to do is to let the user decide on the purpose of his/her visit.

3. Full-Screen Background Images and Videos. Full screen background images It's a great way to show your audience something important for your brand's image and perception.
When using a silent video for a landing page, you choose an emotional approach of telling the
story of your brand to the visitors of your site than simply providing a link to it. And a clear background image can be as visually appealing as a colorful video.

4. Unusual navigation. If you've got a lot of information to place on
your landing page but don't want to make it difficult for visitors to navigate through it, use unusual approaches. Floating navigation bar will easily solve this problem and make your call to action more effective. There will be no need to
scroll the page up and down for several times. Or, you can turn your page into a real quest for a visitor to discover new piece of information with each move he or she makes.

5. Minimalism and Simplicity.
Minimalism and simplicity It may seem illogical to simplify the design of your landing page with so many options available. But there's one thing you need to keep in mind – accessibility. This, of course, depends on the type of the product you're selling, but you have to take this point into consideration anyway. Users should be able to access your site from any device, including their smartphone. And if it takes ages for a landing page to download you risk losing a considerable amount of
prospective customers. Your landing page has to be light and clear. Like this one, for example: Focus on making your page more accessible to lead the way to a better performing website.

6. Illustrations. Illustrations on landing page Your task is to make your site stand out. Using illustrations instead of images can add that personality and uniqueness to your landing page you're looking for. You can use this idea for telling a story of your brand's concept or its
main benefits. It gives you better chances of becoming more noticeable than simply listing the
unique selling points of your product or services.

7. No Navigation Bar. A lot of people are afraid of taking away the
navigation bar from the top of the page because it seems to be a somewhat revolutionary step.
But in reality, it helps your audience to stay focused and spend more time reading or watching the information you give them. The less
distracted your site's visitors will be the better for your business. Hope this article will help you make a better choice as regards landing pages for mobile phones.

"When she transformed into a butterfly, the caterpillars spoke not of her beauty, but of her weirdness. They wanted her to change back into what she has always been." "But she had wings," culled from a poetry of oneness.

I welcome you to another blessed week, you will achieve success this week. Dear friend, Self-transformation remains fundamental to the human condition. The ability to impact our life through change remains our greatest virtue. Yet, most people sail through life powerless to venture beyond their comfort zone. It is there they stay until circumstances compel them to take action.

The children of Israelite may not have been free if they did not take action which transformed their lives today. If we wish to transform, it must be framed within the proper context to make the change sustainable. One must become curious how they intend their life to be, while disregarding the negative aspects of the change.

To focus on life's denials reinforces them, thus change emerges for the wrong reasons. Let's not sugar coat it, change is difficult and needs process and time. One need only refer to the change cycle to note self-transformation is a tumultuous landslide interspersed with detours, highs and lows. Yet, if approached with the right intention, a change in circumstances yields life-lasting benefits.

Many people resist change because it can be difficult and disruptive. Why disturb the status quo, they proclaim. Yet if we allow for change, an inner shift is made to usher in the new, fresh and vital energy grounded in receptivity to the upcoming attractions. Transformation, like the overused caterpillar analogy, coincides with a shift in awareness to shape our reality.

Author Michael A. Singer states in his recent book, The Surrender Experiment, "What I saw was that no matter who we are, life is going to put us through the changes we need to go through. The question is: Are we willing to use this force for our transformation? I saw that even very intense situations don't have to leave psychological scars, if we are willing to process our changes at a deeper level."

I offer the following points to help influence change in your life. Undoubtedly, change and self-transformation must be approached intending to improve your life, while accepting your current circumstances.

1. Own Your Situation : If we seek change, no one will make the shift until we decide to. We are the sole investor in the corporation called, Our Life. To own your situation means taking responsibility for the life you create. If you are unhappy with your current circumstances, acknowledge your unhappiness, yet do not believe reality is fixed. It is anything but fixed. As you shift from perpetuating a wounded mindset, power is realized to usher in the change. The wounded perpetuate a malicious cycle of self-torment, believing they are at the mercy of life. Owning your situation means empowering yourself to make changes congruent with an increase in personal power.

2. Accept Your Circumstances : Human suffering ensues when we resist what emerges. Your opposition to what is, shows inner resistance and moves you into a dis-empowered state. Author Hale Dwoskin of the self-enquiry program The Sedona Method states, " That's because the most powerful place to create what we choose is from the position that it's "okay" whether we get it or not. This model applies to all areas of our lives." Your life's circumstances are perfect to shape your personal development, irrespective of whether you see it that way. The moment you accept your circumstances, self-transformation sets into motion.

3. Let Go of Resistance : Self-judgement and judgement of others keeps us stuck recycling the past into the present moment. Judgement is a toxic emotion because we concede to it, believing we are not in control. Past conditioning governs our actions and limiting beliefs discourage positive change. We may be in a rut and unable to transform our life, owing to the distorted lens which we perceive our current circumstances. Judging yourself and others is too easy, since it shifts the blame from looking within and dealing with those parts we dislike. Those who remain Parked in life feel the need to label and judge others, believing the world is wrong and they are right."

4. Honour Your Emotions: Are there circumstances which transpired long ago that you hold on to as pain or anger? Were you victimized, criticized, abused, or neglected? Investigate the negative feelings so you can take an honest look at them. Feel your feelings. Yes, that's right, connect with the emotions but do not attach meaning to them. To acknowledge your feelings requires courage, especially if they have been stowed away for years. Don't allow negative or untoward feelings come between you and the remarkable future which awaits. Whilst it is daunting to deal with negative emotions, it pales into insignificance to the havoc wreaked if the emotions are neglected. Hale Dwoskin's said and i quote, "There are no problems in the present moment. I saved this piece for now, because I know this may be hard for you to accept, but-what if all the supposed problems you have right now are only memories? I challenge you to explore this question for yourself and at least entertain the possibility." The power of the human will is unbending - it can bring opportunities into being once your resolve is firm.

It was the British politician Benjamin Disraeli who declared, "Nothing can withstand the power of the human will if it is willing to stake its very existence to the extent of its purpose." In transforming our lives we leave behind a part of us to gain something more powerful; the wings to experience a renewed existence for whom we aspire to become.

Making MONEY With Your Home Based Business

Welcome to another beautiful day, i am writing about the advantages of home business and how profitable it is. In difficult economic times like this many people start looking for alternative sources of income. One option is to set up a money making home business. This can then supplement the main income or, if the business is successful, it can become the main source of money.

For some people looking for ways of making money becomes an urgent necessity. They may have experienced compulsory redundancy at short notice. So working out how to pay the bills can become a real worry. Finding another job is a challenge as many of the company's want to cut cost and increase profit and that's why starting a home business opportunities is becoming more popular.

There are many advantages to home based businesses. No need to worry about getting stuck in traffic during the commute to work. Flexibility to arrange your own schedule e.g. take the children to school,do your laundry or other appointments. Take a day off when you want to and not when the boss says!. Freedom from 8am-8pm work slave and many other benefits.

Go to google and do an internet search on home business you will get billions of results and all sorts of ideas. You can still be in your paid job and do your home business. Another option is to set up a franchise business where you get a lot of support but you have to pay for this, you can start a network marketing it pays,i know big guys doing it and are millions. I am into one,so forget all the negative thoughts about network marketing. When you are in a good one, then you will always smile to bank.

Another good business is internet business ,some people do set up their own online businesses where they sell products or services. There is huge potential in this global market. You can use your expertise, skills or experience and make tons of money through blogging. Every body now go online to get answer to a particular question or seek a solution ,if you approach this in the right way it could be a very profitable home business. I do blogging and i can say its profitable.

The key to setting up an online business is to identify a hungry market and then to get your products in front of that market. Its very easy but you need to learn the skills and all the techniques involved or else you will get your fingers burned. The thought of setting up an online business is too much for many people and they simply don't start. But if you break the process down and follow a step by step approach there is no reason why you can't set up an online business from your home that will generate extra income for you and your family.

However, you have to be prepared to go through trial and error when learning a new business. Fixing your own mistakes rather than looking for a quick solution, success don't come easy. That doesn't mean you shouldn't seek advice where needed. You sure need a mentor, you need someone to climb on his or her shoulder to see beyond. It would be foolish to not benefit from the knowledge of others but ultimately when it comes to your own success or failure you have to take full responsibility.

The Internet is full of get-rich-quick -scams so be very careful verify before you invest. No matter how smart you may be, it is highly likely that you will fall prey to one of these scams, i am a victim here ,i've spent lot's of my hard earned money trying to get millions within a minutes, lol.

For help, ask for referrals to the right information, read product reviews before you purchase them. Get involved with an online community , forums like that of nairaland etc and attend seminars. Many people who have tried ,do not know there is a process for learning how to build a successful business from home.

Note, working from home means you still need to have the same commitment as in traditional employment because there is no regular income guaranteed. Take the time to learn from people who are actually making money at home and model their techniques. There is an abundance of information online to help people learn how to build an Online Home business. I want you to think positive and plan your 2016 very well, you become your own boss and be financially free. You will succeed.

Your Mental Attitude Determines Your Life!

Hello Friends,

God will surprise you today. You will have a divine connection. It is your day of pleasant surprises. As a living being, your dominant mental attitude will determine your condition in life. It will also be the gauge of your knowledge and the measures of your attainment.

The so-called limitations of your nature are the boundary lines of your thoughts; they are self-erected fences, and can be drawn to a narrower circle, extended to a wider, or be allowed to remain. You are the thinker of your thoughts and as such you are the maker of yourself and condition.

Thought is causal and creative, and appears in your character and life in the form of results. There are no accidents in your life. Both its harmonies and antagonisms are the responsive echoes of your thoughts. A man thinks, and his life appears. If your dominant mental attitude is peaceable and lovable, bliss and blessedness will follow you; if it be resistant and hateful, trouble and distress will cloud your pathway. Out of ill-will will come grief and disaster; out of good will, healing and reparation. You imagine your circumstances as being separate from yourself, but they are intimately related to your thought world. Nothing appears without an adequate cause.

Everything that happens is just. Nothing is fated, everything is formed. As you think, you travel; as you love, you attract. You are today where your thoughts have brought you; you will be tomorrow where your thoughts takes you. You cannot escape the result of your thoughts, but you can endure and learn, can accept and be glad. You will always come to the place where your love (your most abiding and intense thought) can receive its measure of gratification. If your love be base, you will come to a base place; if it be beautiful, you will come to a beautiful place. You can alter your thoughts, and so alter your condition. Strive to perceive the vastness and grandeur of your responsibility. You are powerful, not powerless. You are as powerful to obey as you are to disobey; as strong to be pure as to be impure; as ready for wisdom as for ignorance.

You can learn what you will and want, can remain as ignorant as you choose. If you love knowledge you will obtain it; if you love wisdom you will secure it; if you love purity you will realise it. All things await your acceptance, and you choose by the thoughts which you entertain. A man remains ignorant because he loves ignorance, and chooses ignorant thoughts; a man becomes wise because he loves wisdom and chooses wise thoughts. No man is hindered by another; he is only hindered by himself. No man suffers because of another; he suffers only because of himself. By the noble Gateway of Pure Thought you can enter the highest Heaven; by the ignoble doorway of impure thought you can descend into the lowest hell.

Your mental attitude towards others will faithfully react upon yourself, and will manifest itself in every relation of your life. Every impure and selfish thought that you send out comes back to you in your circumstances in some form of suffering; every pure and unselfish thought returns to you in some form of blessedness. Your circumstances are effects of which the cause is inward and invisible. As the father- mother of your thoughts you are the maker of your state and condition. When you know yourself, you will perceive, that every event in your life is weighed in the faultless balance of equity. When you understand the law within your mind you will cease to regard yourself as the impotent and blind tool of circumstances, and will become the strong and seeing master.

Get your thoughts right and be positive about yourself. You will surely succeed. Hope Uchemadu is a passionate speaker, live coach and small business Follow me on twitter @ HopeUchemadu .

Rules For Getting Organized.

What would it take to get your life decluttered and organized?

That might be a tall order for many of us, but the truth is, we could do it in bursts and spurts, using a handful of easy-to-follow rules.

The other day I wrote about the idea of setting rules instead of goals … today I want to share a few ideas for rules to help you get decluttered and organized.

I know in my life, going from being overwhelmed with clutter to minimalism was a slow but rewarding journey, and now I feel happy every time I look around and see the lovely space around me.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, I’m here to testify that it’s not impossible, and it just takes some small steps that add up over time.

Here are the rules I suggest —though I don’t suggest adopting them all, and especially not all at once. Try a few out, see how they work for you, then try a few others.

1. Get yourself organized at the

2. When you get up from your

3. When you’re done eating,

4. Wipe down the sink when you

5. When you walk through a

7. Keep flat surfaces clear. Your

9. Deal with an email instead of

10. Work to only having 3 emails

11. Put non-essential items you

12. Put your clothes in a different

13. Declutter on Saturdays. Every

14. One in, two out. When you

15. Limit how many things you

16. At the end of each month,

17. Every three months, purge.

Of course, these are just suggested rules … you should modify them to suit your life.

How to Implement the Rules

Now, those are a lot of rules, but I don’t think you should implement them all at once. In fact, I suggest trying one per week. Really focus all week on making that rule happen. If it goes well, keep it. If not, toss it out. The next week, try another.

Set a reminder on a certain day each week (let’s say Monday) to review how your rule went, and to pick a new rule to try out. Have a physical, paper note somewhere visible so you’ll remember to do the rule throughout the week.

One at a time, you’ll find the rules that work for you. And one step at a time, your life will slowly become less cluttered, more organized. And you’ll be set up to make great things happen in the rest of your life.

Leveraging The Power Of Facebook Marketing For Your Network Marketing.

It's no longer a news that facebook is a great place to mingle with family and friends and to meet new friends from all part of the world. As a network marketing professional, you have the desire to reach out to new people and build up your own network of contacts.  Don't just login to Facebook and start to play around ignorantly, while not use the opportunity and make money by introducing your product and services?.

It may have crossed your mind at some point that using a social
media site like Facebook, one of the most popular websites in the world, may be of use to you in your efforts, and you are absolutely right.
Facebook marketing is one of the hottest trends in marketing in general today, and it can serve
as a valuable tool for network marketers, too.

*Why Use Social Media?

Social media sites like Facebook are all about relationships, and as you know all too well, so is your own business. You have to generate
new leads, create interest, and build a rapport with your new contacts if you have the hope of selling to them at all. So just how can you effectively put Facebook marketing to use in your business?

Your Friends and Fans.
First, you should work to develop a great list of friends and fans on Facebook, but don't try to
artificially inflate your list with un-serious people people simply to
have a higher number of contacts.

It's quality that matters in Facebook marketing, not quantity. As new people contact you through your other efforts, go ahead and be-friend them on Facebook so you can keep in constant contact with them through your social media presence.

*Your Messages.

Keep in mind that a social media site like Facebook is a site where people go to keep in touch with friends and family. They go to these
pages to stay informed and up to date on current events, too. They may have signed up to receive information from their favorite stores, sports, schools and so forth, but they don't want their Facebook experience to be chock full of
ads. They enjoy hearing about special promotions every once in awhile, but often the benefit is greater when you use these sites to
develop relationships and generate interest. Annoying people through the wrong type of message will quickly lead to a "do not contact me or defriending or blocking"
type of experience in which they un-friend you. So work to develop a stream of messages that talk about your lifestyle, successes of those
who you have worked with, and other such messages that will be beneficial to them, post tutorials that tend to explain or solve a particular problem regarding their interest.

*Develop a Working Plan.

Facebook marketing is most successful when it is not done haphazardly. Some people will get really turned off by what you are saying and may block your messages entirely if you bombard with new messages every hours, you need to allow them digest the previous and also make them to hungry for more so don't over feed them with your stories. Instead of quantity, again you want to focus on
quality here. You can develop your posts a few weeks, twice a week or even once per week in advance if you want, then copy and past into the group or your walls. Consider adding a new motivational/inspirational success quotes first thing every morning.

*The Goal

When you keep in mind that the goal of Facebook marketing is not to recruit and actively sell, but rather to generate greater interest and further develop a relationship with your contacts, you will find that your efforts on this site are far more successful.

If you're marketing your network marketing business online and you're not using Facebook Marketing , you're completely missing out on a great opportunity.
I advice you to leverage on the power and benefits of Facebook to create a better responsive marketing strategy for your network marketing.

You will succeed.

How To Be Successful In Network Marketing.

Network marketing is not that difficult but if you don't follow the right steps you will crash land. The
difference between successful
network marketing businesses lies
in just a few simple concepts. In
these articles I will be describing few tips in the next few weeks to help make your marketing a success.

The first tip is perhaps my favorite. But believe me, it didn't begin that way. In the beginning I was so intent on making money I ignored this
one ingredient all together. It cost me several years of struggling. So, let's get past the struggle and get right down to it. I know you want to succeed in network marketing. That's why you are here reading this article right now. And it makes me to believe that you have at least an idea of what you need. Perhaps you are just looking for a shortcut.
Some might say that there are no shortcuts. I would disagree.
Of course, building a successful business takes time.

Before we begin, let me ask you
something. What does any solid building need? There is a saying from the bible every business
person needs to first understand. Maybe you know it. Here it is in part:
"The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat
against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had it's foundation on the rock."
Sound familiar? What does any solid building need? That's right, a solid foundation.

Our network marketing foundation is training. And not just any training. Would you seek financial advice from a poor man? Would you
ask a failing student for tutoring? Would you ask a carpenter to build you a computer? Or will you ask a medical doctor to fix your car?
Certainly not, so why would it be any different in the network marketing business?

There is a ton of information available on the internet. Information is great. For many businesses
the only way to keep your license is to get continual training. It's not a request, it's a requirement. Network marketing is really no different. You absolutely need continual training. Beginners even the old hand also seek for more knowledge to keep them moving up the ladder of success. No one want to be left behind. Not even you! There will never come a point when
you can say you know it all. These days things change so rapidly.

Here is the ultimate tip. It's why I decided to write about this first. To get the best training go right to the source and have a mentor. Successful network marketers. Seek them out and do what they do. Build a relationship with them. Buy all of their training materials ,attend more and more seminars and workshops. Read their emails. Find them on social networks and watch their every move.

That is your key to success.
This is your beginning point. From here you can build a solid foundation. From here you can move with purpose and direction. Do you want to be successful? Never stop learning. Keep looking for training. Don't get tired. The money and time spent can never be equal to the knowledge you will acquire. Till we meet next time, you will succeed.

Share this article and help your friends succeed. Don't be greedy!

What Type Of Leader Are You, Vision or Conceit?

Ever work for somebody who’s
convinced he’s the next Steve Jobs?
You know, the all-seeing visionary who was two steps ahead of the rest of us? The one who could never be dissuaded? Someone who believed that by sheer force of will he could change the world? As you are probably aware, there was only one Steve Jobs. And one Bill Gates,
for that matter. One Herb Kelleher. One Oprah Winfrey. One Howard Schultz. One Alhaji A Dangote In fact, the reason we know the names of these visionary leaders is precisely because the lofty heights they achieved are rarely reached.
And making their names known was probably not at the top of their to-do lists.

Every company needs a vision, and
it’s usually the person at the top’s
job to articulate it. But having a
household name is not a requirement of a visionary leader;
in fact, those who wish to become
one tend to do their organizations a
disservice. Having worked with
many struggling organizations over
the years, I’ve seen all kinds of
leaders, from the humble steward to
the arrogant tyrant. You can guess
which behavior is more helpful for
returning a company to its feet.
We’ve witnessed firsthand the not-
so-fine line between compelling
vision and simple conceit.

How to tell what’s driving the leader of your organization? Three questions tend to tell the tale.
Are they confident, or arrogant? When someone is confident in their vision, they find delight in bringing others along. They’re excited to share their thinking, hopeful that it inspires their team, and motivated to lead them into the future. Arrogance, however, breeds contempt; contempt for those who don’t get it, those who ask hard questions, or those who dare make a contrary
suggestion. Contempt can be subtle but it’s impossible to hide.

Do they motivate by faith, or by fear?
Visionary leaders inspire faith in their followers. An inspired team wants to bring the vision to life because they believe in it—and even if they can’t quite see it yet, they believe in their leader. Followers of conceit, by contrast, do so out of fear—fear of being reprimanded, or losing their jobs, or missing out, or being stabbed in the back. Good fruit can’t grow in toxic soil.

Is it about us, or about them? True
visionaries are motivated by what’s in it for “us,” whether that means the
company, its customers, or the world. By contrast, conceit has the unmistakable stench of “me,” and the “personal branding” thinking that’s so popular today can confuse leaders into believing that’s OK. The irony is that those who deserve approbation most tend not to
seek it. Volumes could be written about whether and to what extent leaders like Jobs, Gates, Kelleher, Winfrey and Schultz manifest the characteristics above.

From what I read about Steve Jobs, for example, he sure seemed arrogant, terrifying, and personally ambitious, but those who knew him best might characterize him as supremely confident, genuinely inspiring and motivated to change the world. Either way, he was the
rarest of rare breeds, and emulating his eccentricities while lacking his genius is unwise, to say the least. Yet many do. All who lead do so to achieve lofty goals. But not all do so effectively, particularly if one of their goals is to be recognized as a lofty leader. If you’re unsure whether you work for someone driven more by healthy vision or destructive
conceit, sit down and have a frank
conversation with them about it. If
you’re afraid to approach them — or
they’re unwilling to engage — you may have your answer.
