Many people know what their passion is, but are frustrated in the process of trying to turn their passion into profit.

Valorie Burton said and i quote "Do what you love and the rewards will come."

I was intrigued, and quite skeptical when i read this advice but I really wanted to believe that statement could be true. If I followed my
passion, and pursued what I loved for a living, would the rewards really come? The answer, I have discovered, is "YES." One of the chapters in my new book, START YOUR OWN SMALL BUSINESS , is
appropriately named, "Do what you love and the rewards will come."

They don't always comes overnight, but they do come in God's divine timing. What is that you love that you'd like to do (or do more of) for a living? The most gratifying
rewards are fulfillment and joy, but today I want to share five questions to consider when you want to make money pursuing your purpose—that "thing" you are passionate about.

Many people know what their passion is, but are frustrated in the process of trying to turn their passion into profit. Whether you are
running your own small business, starting a business, or seeking that next promotion, just try to answer these five questions it will help you increase the financial rewards of doing what you love:


Notice, I didn't ask "what are you passionate about"? Instead, I want you to determine the purpose of your passion, which is using it to positively impact the world. That type of drive attracts opportunities that often lead to raises, job offers, and new business. To turn your
passion into profit, you must fulfill a purpose that others need or want.
Unfortunately, people and companies aren't particularly concerned with whether you get to pursue your passion.

They spend money on people, products and services that fulfill their needs and desires. When you focus on your passion—then find a
way to allow your passion to impact others, you have a winning formula!

It isn't enough to have talent. Allow your passion to fuel a desire to learn more about your field of endeavor—and improve your skills
and knowledge. You see most of the successful comedians,musicians and actors did not just sit down or sleep over it instead they work day and night to improve themselves to add more positive value to others  today Those who "master their craft," go above and beyond others in their field. They
introduce new ways of doing things, inspire trends, and blaze trails that others follow.

When you are passionate about what you do, you give 110%. Those who are most sought- after for their skills are often those whose
passion creates results that people need. Their passion for what they do sparks creativity, perseverance and excellence. Don't put money first but think of how you are going to satisfy those who need what you have, if your clients or customer can derive 100% value from what you offer then be rest assured that you will make money because your products or services will speak for you. You cannot underestimate the power of passion to produce excellence and perseverance—two assets you
need to truly profit from what you love. Success comes to those who are willing to stay the course despite adversities, challenges and distractions.

I know you will say yes but i bet you don't know how..! If the goal is to increase your income, then seek knowledge about how best to do that. Many people fail to earn more because they haven't made financial education a priority. While passion is a key to attracting financial rewards, making more money also means
learning to living below your means, ask for what you are worth, invest and spend wisely. If you are running a business, it also means hiring good people (financial and legal
advisors, as well as staff), marketing, and reigning in expenses. Take classes,attend seminars /workshops, read financial books, and learn lessons from those
who are already where you want to be.

Fear is the biggest obstacle to pursuing your dreams. Many people insist it is a lack of money or time or resources, but it is often a fear of failure, rejection, or even a fear of
success, that holds a person back. What is it that you've been wanting to pursue that you've been hesitating about? Take baby steps if you have to, but be willing to step out on faith to use the natural gifts and talents that you are passionate about. If you do what you love,

This is a GOLDEN opportunity for entrepreneurs find out the problem in their community and think out of the box for a perfect solutions to their problems. I hope you are having a stress free day? I want to talk about productivity. Productivity is a buzzword these days and most successful professionals in a wide range of fields have hailed productivity principles as the key to their success. So what is it about productivity that’s having such a positive impact on the ability of individuals to achieve their goals?

What Does It Mean To Be Productive?

The conventional definition of productivity is very simplistic, and often misleading because it assumes that the more time spent on something, the more output will be produced. In other words,
that being busy ( as well as focusing on quantity as opposed to quality ) is synonymous with being
productive, which research has shown to be a flawed concept.

Your productivity is a measure of how much you are able to achieve ( not just in terms of quantity but also in terms of quality ) using the resources ( including time, finances, educational resources, etc .) available to you.

Naturally, this means that people who are more productive are more likely to achieve more goals, and therefore reach success a lot sooner than those who are not. The reason that increased productivity is crucial to success isn’t rocket science – who doesn’t want to be able to achieve more of their goals in less
time? In order to increase your productivity, you can either do one of two things:

1. Increase the “value” that you can achieve with the same resources available
2. Decrease the amount of resources that you require in order to achieve the “value”

Going Beyond The Productivity

So how can you either increase the
“value” ( quantity and quality ) of the things you achieve and/or decrease the amount of resources that you need in order to achieve them?

The results you have in your life right now are a direct reflection of your common thoughts – mindset. Successful and productive people think in a certain way.

Start to be aware of your limiting thoughts and the ones that keep you from being more productive. Tell them to ‘shut up’ and take action. You will always have two voices, are you going to listen to the stronger one or the weaker one?

Being productive is about more than just getting particular things done within a specific time frame. When you’ve been productive long enough,
you’ll come to recognize it as a lifestyle. It impacts every aspect of your life for the better.

Honing in on the ability to create the results you want doesn't just mean that you’ll be able to take control of your professional life, it also means that you’ll be more in control of your

1. A Strong Work Ethic.
It can also be referred to as grit, perseverance or conviction, but a strong work ethic is the number one habit that every entrepreneur needs – and that every successful entrepreneur already has. While there are successful businesses that have been built to reduce an entrepreneur's work time, any business that a person starts is likely to require long hours on the front end. Only after the entrepreneur has invested sweat equity in a business is it possible to reduce work time. It takes a focused and dedicated work ethic to make any entrepreneurial venture possible.
Consistent Self-Improvement
Every successful entrepreneur is constantly seeking opportunities to expand his skill set. No matter what your background is, you will need to employ every skill imaginable to make your company successful.

As an entrepreneur, you must be a salesperson, an operational expert, an effective manager, a product manager, a financial analyst – and maybe even an engineer, you are just all in all. Work towards consistent self-improvement in physical, spiritual, mental, social and emotional areas. However, Covey doesn't mean that you need to cultivate a habit of responsibility (which entrepreneurs do), but that you control your ability to respond in all situations.
The path to entrepreneurship is an up-and-down roller-coaster ride, and it is emotionally draining. It's easy to let your emotions control you, rather than the other way around. Due to this fact, it's important to control all of your emotional responses to stressful situations.

5. Focus on Adding Value.
To be a successful entrepreneur, you need to have an ultimate focus on adding value. It doesn't matter if the company that you are starting manufactures a product or provides a service. It doesn't matter if it's a
business-to-business company or a
business-to-consumer company. The bottom line is that your company has to add value to its clients or customers and this is the only way to keep them coming back to patronize you.

While this is habit number five, it might be closer to habit number one in terms of importance. Gone are the days where an entrepreneur can make a gimmicky business that doesn't add any value but still manages to earn a lot of money.

Seed capital is the money used to start a business. It pays for market research, product research, development, a business plan and other early operating expenses until the business earns revenue. It’s usually a small amount because risk is high and the business is still just an idea.

Seed capital usually comes from a founder or founding group. It can also come from friends, family or other supporters.

Venture capitalists, banks and others may invest additional funds once the new company shows promise. Eventually, it can be sold to provide a return on the seed capital. Other times, it may issue an initial public offering to raise more capital.
Seed capital is a high-risk, high-reward investment. It can provide big rewards if the company succeeds and grows, even if the original shares are diluted by additional investors.

Outside investors who provide seed capital usually receive a stake in the company. But if the company doesn't work out, seed capitalists lose their investment and must look for the next opportunity.

Lot of small business owners do reach out to me with one common problem that is how do I get more clients, customers or increase my sales. What I often see business owners doing is relaxing on a sofa, looking for a magic wand or hoping for clients to locate their businesses. The truth is that none of these will work.

If business owners and professionals were really honest with themselves they would recognize the fact that they’re simply trying to avoid having real conversations with real people. So they hide behind a website or blog, posting things on all social media and never taking conversations off-line and getting to know their customers physically.

So if you want get more clients you must be focus and do increase your willingness to be on a conversation with people. You will need to let go the excuses like “I am too busy” and “just don’t have enough time”. Or let me wait a little for them, “I don’t know who to contact” or “I don’t know what to say”.

Let me share a story with you about two small business owners who took on a challenge to see who can get the most clients in 30 days. Let me call them Mr A the first business man already had a large email list and sent out invitations to a webinar where they’re going to share some valuable information to the people who attended after which they would make an irresistible offer to experience there work. The second Mr B had no email list, offered no webinars but simply reached out to people and made a generous offer to prospective clients to experience their services. At the end of the 30 days guess who had more clients, if you said person with the big email list and webinars you would be mistakenly wrong. Would you like to know what Mr B did that was wildly successful?

1. Let go of the fear of what other people will think of you.

2. Practice being unapologetic and curious.

3. Ask yourself who can I serve next.

4. Do your research and create at least 10 questions in advance to engage your prospect.

6. Go out there, spend time with your clients, call them on phone,ask about their business and family well being.

Few years,i crafted out a motivational phrase to motivate and inspire me to success, that phrase  is "Dream Big & Achieve It" it has helped me to climb up on the ladder of success and it did goes alongside with my objective which is "To encourage and inspire youth to achieve success"

Dream big to achieve big: not a simple sentence. It has the power to change destinies provided we
recognize its power and have the courage to implement it. Every human being is a dreamer but
those who follow their dreams religiously achieve them.

Confidence, an urge to never give up and an undying belief in your abilities are the main elements to turn your dreams into realities.
Out of any random hundred, only one-percent realize their dreams and reach the heights needed to accomplish great things.

We must not only dream big, but act on those dreams and remember that nightly dreaming needs only effortless sleep, while winning needs sleepless efforts. Make dreams the purpose of your life, then strive hard to achieve them. Do something different like Steve Jobs did, perhaps, so that one day you’ll be
proud of yourself because you chose to dream big and then to make those dreams a reality.

All high-achievers have a strategy, and steps that helped them hit their goals. Here are some tips to get you started.

Visualization is a mental power which has the miraculous strength to give you a clear path towards your goal. Set target goals. Suppose you want your company to grow from 1-million to 6- million in three years. Visualize that every year
you have already achieved 2-million. And in the third year you have achieved more than 6-million.
Visualize this big dream each day before going to bed. This will empower you to achieve your target
each day.

Visualization is nothing without proper planning. Follow your dreams step-by-step to bring clarity and eliminate confusions. Occasionally review your plan and count your achievements to ascertain that you are moving in the right

Proper planning boosts confidence because it shows a clear path towards success. Have faith in
yourself and take an action, don’t procrastinate. Keep reminding yourself “I can, I am, and I will”
and start moving on the success road. However hard you may try, obstacles are bound to come
up. But if your confidence level is high you will surpass them.

Giving up is the easiest way to surrender to circumstances. But winners never give up, they are born to take the challenges and overcome
them. Keep repeating your goal and moving ahead. If any obstacle gets in your way, review it and start fresh—intelligently. Don’t’ be
discouraged. It is often the last key in the bunch that opens the lock.
 All the pain and worry will disappear once success is achieved.

Humility is like saying thank you to all those who helped you accomplish your dream. Success can’t be achieved all alone. Support is required from many people while moving up the ladder. Humility is the key to appreciate their support and efforts in making you successful.

Anyone on this earth can be an achiever if he/she is a strong believer with the courage to dream
big. A dream doesn’t drive you; it draws you. Dream big as dreams are your soul’s innermost desires and visions that drive you. Remember, if your dream is not coming true

How To Be Self-Motivated And Achieve What You Want in Life.

And how hard do you push yourself to get things done? Wanting to do something and motivating yourself to actually do it are two different
things. So, what's the difference between those who never reach their goals, year after year, and those who achieve one goal after another?
Often, it's their self-motivation.

Self-motivation is the force that keeps pushing us to go on – it's our internal drive to achieve, produce, develop, and keep moving forward. When you think you're ready to quit something, or you just don't know
how to start, your self-motivation is what pushes you to go on.

With self-motivation, you'll learn and grow – regardless of the specific situation. That's why it's such a fundamental tool for reaching your goals, achieving your dreams, and
succeeding, in this journey we call life. So, how self-motivated are you?

To be self-motivated, you need to:

1. Don't allow your personal doubts and fears to keep you from succeeding. You've probably had a few incomplete goals in the past,
so you may have convinced
yourself that you aren't self-
motivated – and then you've made that come true. Break this harmful pattern now, and start believing in
yourself again.

The tools and tips below will help you get back your motivation back.
To achieve what you want, try to increase the motivation factors in all
areas of your life. Make sure you get things done, and you don't let

How To Stay at The Peak All Time And Achieve Something Great.

Every activity you approach in life, and the energy you put behind it is linked to one very important
thing; the state you are in at the time. If you want to increase your success, then you need to start becoming actively aware of your state of mind at all times.

The state you are in is never fixed and can be altered at any moment. At times when you are frustrated all it can take to change your state is a
walk down the street or a phone call to a friend, yet changing your state can transform the results of whatever you are doing at the time.

Go out and achieve something great. Let me explain what I mean by achieve something great. When you go out and achieve something huge, the result can become a platform
that can help you to stay in a peak state.

An example for me right now is all the personal growth I have had over the last few years through my motivational speaking and blogging and the impact it has had. Each time
I think of this achievement, I feel my state change and my mind become elevated into a world where I can see what’s actually possible with complete clarity.

Most of your world is created by you, and you can change it at any time through a mind that is already in a peak state. Remember that you cant achieve the best if your mind is not balanced what i mean is you can only achieve a better state of mind with a positive mindset. You need to think positively and act smartly.
