is a Personal development & Small-Business coach, founder of   Success Pace  Leadership Center  “, C.E.O of Uc-Don Business Concept registered with Corporate Affairs  Commission (C.A.C) in Nigeria.

Hope Uchemadu started his small business before gaining admission into higher institution. He has attended lots of live changing trainings and seminars. He is a graduate of Business Administration and Management. A member of; National Institute of Management (NIM), Association of Information Marketers of Nigeria (AIMN) and Rotary International.  

 In 2013, he was recruited by Maritime and Land Security Services (MLSS) and went through nine months rigorous training. During the training, he was short listed to attend advanced security and safety management course with Nigerian Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC). 

Hope Uchemadu has learnt that transformation and positive change will always offer exceptional opportunities only if you know how to use that vital information. As a motivational speaker, personal development, small-business coach and author of bestselling book “The richest Business In the world” he shows how to release your inner potentials, develop your talent with vital information to achieve success. He has trained more than 600 youths and women in Gombe state Northern part of Nigeria during his NYSC service year in 2011. He inspired them to be their own boss through skills acquisition training. His passion for personal development encouraged him to help more than 100 students by donating free school uniforms and sandals in Government schools in Hashidu, Dukku L.G.A,Gombe State. He was awarded the best corper in that community and also won state award.
